In my life, I’ve spent a great deal of time working with people in recovery and visiting prisoners. Prisons, for example, are full of earnest, hard-working, non-violent offenders who simply want a second chance at life.

These experiences led me to create a program which helps the people listed above to:

  • Build their confidence and self-esteem
  • Build a lucrative career and live a productive life

Informed largely by my Christian faith, I believe deeply in second chances and compassion. I also believe in the capacity of business to drive social change.

Larry Stout

Larry Stout serves as Chief Executive Officer at Optimal teleHealth, LLC. He established the company because of his passion to help Americans become healthier. The United States has the largest and most advanced economy in the world, but the health of its citizens does not reflect the resources available to maintain a long and healthy life.

Prior to Optimal teleHealth, Larry spent the first half of his professional life as a highly successful sales executive with a large international computer services corporation. In 2004, Larry left the corporate world to pursue entrepreneurship in small business development and franchising.

Years of business development have brought Larry to a point where he views entrepreneurship as a business engine with the ability to achieve great social good, and that’s the heart driving the innovation and commitment to service at Optimal teleHealth.
